Ole Lizzie I is my favorite historical figure. I read everything I can get my hands on – fiction and non-fiction. This woman was a real survivor! And intrigue was her pastime. Those poor guys who tried to hook up with her really lost their heads if they crossed her. Lizzie I was very tough on most women…all her ladies in waiting were ordered to wear black so that only she was brilliantly dressed. The title is a solid guarantee that this book will thoroughly enthrall me!
