How nice to have Rebecca’s mom on here! Thank you for stopping by. She’s been such a pleasure to work with and I know I have to give you some credit for that! She’s lovely.

Interesting about her love of cooking. Isn’t it funny how we pick things up? Sometimes it comes from our families, and other times it’s a combination of family and the outside world. I imagine you are a fabulous cook as well, and so good that you instilled the joy of eating healthy and smart in your daughter as well.

Rebecca is my daughter of whom I am very proud. I am not sure where she gets her interest in cooking probably her grandmother on her fathers side. She is a Yorkshire woman from a family of coal miners. She has always been a fantastic cook especially chocolate cakes. I too love cooking and have always tried to have healthy meals for them to eat.
