I always enjoy poetry and eagerly agreed to review My Heart And Soul by Marilyn Randall. Poetry is subjective, but I encourage people to read more of it. So many people believe they don’t love poetry, when in reality they just haven’t found a style they enjoy.

I really enjoyed the style behind the poetry in Marilyn Randall’s book. She takes raw emotions and experiences and puts them into verse that will speak to you. At times the poems are difficult to read, if only because the emotions are right at the surface. This is a wonderful book of poetry that speaks plainly about one woman’s journey of life.
