What Kind of Freedom Does Freelancing Give You?

For the question this week, I’d thought I’d ask about freedom. It’s the 4th of July, which is a national holiday in the states, and we’re all probably out having picnics and watching fireworks with our friends and family.

Since Independence Day is all about freedom, let’s relate that to freelancing. Many writers enjoy freelancing because it affords them flexibility. Things like:

  • A flexible schedule to take care of chronic conditions
  • Time for family activities
  • Ability to work from home (and save money that way)
  • And more.

Here’s the question of the week:

What kind of freedom does freelancing give you personally?

Tell us in the comments, on our Facebook page, or tweet me with a response.

And enjoy your 4th of July!
