A few weeks ago I finished the book Claude & Camille: A Novel of Monet. I love historical fiction, but I usually keep my tastes toward the “Tudor” end of things. I am also a lover of Impressionism, so when I spotted Claude and Camille I knew I had to read it.
After I published my thoughts on C.W. Gortner’s wonderful book The Last Queen: A Novel, many of you wrote and told me how much you also loved the book. It’s amazing how a book can unite people, isn’t it?
